2009 was a very good year! (for me)
We (at least I) had lots to be thankful for..It was a year of the blogger...bloggers kicked some ass and newspapers and radio monopolies couldn't compete...they thought they could control the public with a steady supply of lies but the internet shifted the power to the little guy..how cool is that!! Conservatives started scrambling to put up websites, but since they never worked for a living, all they could offer is some lame content and beg for donations..
News-Press had a bad year with bad management, bad decisions, and no oversight creating a paper that serves only a handful of Ayn Rand followers! and Travis Armstrong, who was called the editor, kept repeating himself in editorials to the point of insanity...he left the paper and city with his gay boyfriend, having burned every bridge except for his three amigos: Joe Armendariz, Terry Tyler and Lanny Ebenstein..all three still waiting for Wendy McCuckoo to support them financially!
Dr. Laura (Doctor!! hahahahaha!!!) and Wendy McCuckoo continue to crawl under the radar of justice..however, I got a surprise for them in 2010!!
Mother Nature continues to illustrate the folly of men & women...I am her humble servant.
I kept seeing birds I've never seen before!
Rush Limbaugh had a heart attack and Pastor Rick Warren asked for more money on the last day of the year...I resolve to pray these two fat asses die and go to Heaven..
conservatives were isolated and confined to Tea Parties and insane asylums...
neocons went crazy with fear after some skinny loser tried to blow up an airplane with his underwear! the guy is in custody...
the Santa Barbara elections were very entertaining and labor candidates beat the trust funders by a mile!
Carpinteria Valley Water District kept raising rates and going deeper in debt...let's hope for new leaders in 2010..
the Stooges and Twilight Zone marathons helped bring some sanity to the decade!
alcohol abuse was highlighted and exposed right here as the Larry, Moe and Curly show how stupid it is to drink!
and that's all I remember, officer
