goddammit Caltrans or County of Santa Barbara..you got enough money to obsess over which plants should go where on Santa Claus Lane and Padaro, but you don't have enough money to fix the potholes??!! stop diddling with the flowers!! Salud? what's the meaning of this???

I didn't fall really, but someone will be singing this tune very soon and you'll get sued and my tax money will pay the settlement when it should be going to the road maintenance..got it?? and don't mess with the whale!!
