Brett Favre’s voicemail buddy, Jenn Sterger to meet with NFL this week

I bet Brett Favre wishes he just stayed home and enjoyed his retirement. He could’ve played golf or did color commentary for the NFL network or something else.

But, I’m beginning to believe the reason Brett couldn’t leave football was for the perks that went along with being a star athlete, such as sex hookups that are a voicemail or text away.

I’m just sayin’…

The New York Post reports that the former Jets sideline reporter who received voicemails from Brett Favre -- and reportedly pictures of a penis -- is likely to meet with the NFL this week as part of its investigation into Favre.
Jenn Sterger is expected to meet with league officials "late next week," her lawyer told ESPN.

Still, Sterger's manager, Phil Reese, told The Post that the brunette bombshell "has yet to make a definitive decision."

Favre met with NFL vice president for security Milt Ahlerich on Oct. 19 and confessed to calling Sterger but denied sending the crotch shots.

The New York Post reports that former Jets quarterback Brett Favre has a lot of plays in his book, but apparently one route is his favorite.

The gridiron granddaddy, who allegedly sent a flurry of lustful texts to sultry former Gang Green sideline reporter Jennifer Sterger (seen above), tried the same pattern with a team masseuse, the woman claims.

The married massage therapist, who does not want to be identified by name, was working part-time for the Jets during training camp in 2008 when she caught Favre’s eye.

She had been kneading one of the quarterback’s teammates when Favre, being rubbed down by one of her colleagues, shot her a glance, she said.
“He was looking at me like I was a hanging slab of meat,” the woman told The Post.

The woman confessed to her husband immediately about the unwanted flurry of attention.

But the star quarterback allegedly contacted her the next day — the first in a seamy stream of phone calls, “e-mails and texts from Favre saying, ‘Why don’t you and your friend come over . . . I have all these bad intentions. ” according to her furious husband.

“I called Favre back myself,” the hubby said. “I was looking for an apology.”

But he didn’t get one. “I feel like this guy tried to screw my [expletive] family,” the husband said. “He’s a [expletive] scumbag.”

CBS News reports that attorney for Crime Victim who received sexual texts from prosecutor calls apology too little, too late.

A Wisconsin district attorney said Friday he'll get therapy and take time off but rejected growing calls for his resignation over sexual text messages he sent to a domestic abuse victim. At a news conference two days after The Associated Press reported the messages, Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz offered a "sincere and heartfelt apology" to the woman, his soon-to-be-ex-wife and the public.

He said the messages demonstrated arrogance. "This behavior showed a lack of respect, not only for my position but for the young woman that was involved," he said from the courthouse in Chilton in remarks carried live by Wisconsin television stations.

"My behavior was inappropriate. I'm embarrassed and ashamed for the choices that I've made and the fault was mine alone."
