Who does Pedro Nava think he is... a bear?? who does #69 Julia De Sieno think she is, a wood nymph??and is Pedrobear pawing and/or pandering to the NewsPress hoping for a job after he leaves office?..why isn't he enforcing or strengthening labor laws that the News-Press keeps breaking? how about community property laws that made Wendy rich? are those fair? nooo..Pedro's worried about who cuts the cow's tail off!!!
how can a California Assemblyman not know what the policy of the Fish and Game Dept is? According to the extremely biased story in the NewsPress, Pedro is going to hold a meeting to see if Fish and Game could have avoided killing a treed bear in Ojai...then the story goes on and Julia De Sieno from the nonprofit Animal Rescue Team says children are afraid to come out of their houses in Ojai because they think the Dept of Fish and Game will kill them!! This lady is obviously crazy in the head and should be prosecuted for interfering with a government agency..she seems to think she could have rescued the tree bear..how Julia? with a pot of honey? Maybe getting Kenny Loggins up there to sing "House at Pooh Corner" to him?? The ART interfered and over-reacted in the case of two mountain lion cubs and created a little controversy by blaming everyone except themselves for the mishandling!

Fish and Game is doing its job and if you visit their website, they tell you how to deal with wild animals. I got a few issues with Fish and Game about them getting rid of nonnative species, but when it comes to the wild animals, they are right...STOP TREATING THE ANIMALS AS DISNEY CHARACTERS!!

so Pedro, this is how you and the wood nymphs can help...separate the dandylions from the lions! Understand that as people move into bear territory, there will be more sightings. Understand that there is a black bear hunting season..predator and prey relationship...one lives the other dies..plain and simple.

now Pedro..where were you when, in the name of biodiversity, the Parks Service and Nature Conservancy were killing wild Channel Island pigs and harassing golden eagles to "save" the island fox? This wasn't animal abuse?? Wendy McCuckoo was pumping money into the Center for Biological Diversity, who supported the killings! and you know what, the golden eagles have returned to the islands!! what you should be doing is looking into the Channel Islands species cleansing debacle and arresting some of the folks responsible!!
