I think the dumbest people on earth are the ones trying to get rid non-native species...in fact, I want Dr. G the medical examiner to check their brains when they die to 
see if there's worms in there....worms that interrupt the synapses causing soury outlooks on life!!
the non-native label is man-made and resides in the psyche of the native-only cult...fear and loathing of certain plants and animals for no rational reason...fear is a good primal emotion that serves to protect us..but when we become overly fearful of things that should cause no fear, the instinct becomes polluted and warped and serves no use...it distorts a world view, a view of nature and a view of self..I will be ok, say the native biologists, if I just get rid of XYZ....I will save the world if XYZ are gone....of course, this is faulty reasoning as I've pointed out many times..if we continue to let the inmates run the asylum, we will waste resources and time...and time must not be wasted on folly...now, I'm sure that the nativists think they are doing good work even in the face of the untold destruction and death they have caused, but we're talking about rational thought here...is it rational to want to control or remove the populations of plants and animals of a particular habitat because of a false threat to that habitat?? I mean, now the dumb biologists are using cat food to tr
y and get rid of Cane toads in Australia...cat food...the plan is to put open tins of cat food by ponds in hopes they attract ants in big enough numbers to feed on the cane toad tadpoles!!
On a human level, if someone felt that blonde haired women were a scourge and cramped the style of red heads or brunettes, would it be rational to kill all blondes simply because they have more fun?? no!! you live and let live unless a few blondes get too uppity, then you take some action..but overall, you leave things alone..IN THE WILD..to balance what needs balancing, let things be....a balancing act!!
and we are finding out the unholy relationship between so-called green groups with corporate polluters...the Nature Conservancy loves BP and the Sierra Club loves Clorox, the Sierra Club actually supported the invasion of Iraq!!
we need to flush out these organizations and start all over...the thing you can do is not send them any more money...you need to promise me that or I'll break your arm!!
