There was not much revealed about the film Melancholia when Lars von Trier film met the press in the West's studio in Innovatum tonight. Much of the acting ensemble, starring Kiefer Sutherland, Kirsten Dunst and Stellan Skarsgard, is in place in Trollhättan.
"No more happy endings", the Danish director Lars von Trier proclaimed for the upcoming film Melancholia. A film described as a psychological disaster movie, or as a wonderful film about the end of the world.
Last week began filming in Trollhättan and on Monday were the first shots inside the Film Studio in West Fares. It was also in this studio that the director and much of the ensemble received the press.
