Massa, a Democrat who recently resigned from his seat in NY because of groping-the -male-staff allegations, supposedly had some dirt on Rahm Emanuel. It turned out it was mostly dust.. the interview caught Beck completely off guard and at times left him speechless...Massa simply out-crazied Beck..it was one of the funniest things I've ever seen..Beck kept trying to get Massa to bust Emanuel for doing something illegal, but Massa just repeated his dislike for Rahm, nothing illegal there...Beck was agitated, embarassed and dumbfounded for most of the hour and told his audience he's sorry he wasted their time....Beck is like McCarthy..always looking for them commies under the table..and he had the audaci

Ty "Luxury Junkie" Warner can't pay hotel mortgage...is quietly marketing the trophy Four Seasons hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
Ty Warner, who made his fortune manufacturing Beanie Babies, is in negotiations to sell the Four Seasons Hotel New York to a group of investors, according to several news reports.
The 368-room hotel, where room rates start at around $1,000, has been hit hard by the downturn in business and international travel to the city. Like all luxury hotels, its occupancy rate has been well below the city average of about 80%.
But more importantly, Mr. Warner has fallen behind on his debt payments. He was unable to make a payment on Jan. 9, according to sources familiar with the situation.

Wendy and Dawn: Last year a Santa Barbara Superior Court cleared the way for illegally fired News-Press reporter Dawn Hobbs to seek an estimated $200,000 or more in unpaid overtime, penalties, interest, and attorney fees....well, the reports are she and the News-Press settled but can't say anything due to the damn confidentiality agreement, or gag order..Wendy is the silent but deadly type, you know..and Nipper is mute when the News-Press loses a ruling, but is Chatty Cathy when they win one!
